Hi, I’m Grace — A Chicago-based photographer and artist.

Guided by my background in fine art, my approach to photography is grounded in celebrating identity, intimacy, and connection. My education in fine art and sexuality studies at the University of Michigan gave me a foundation rooted in creativity, empathy, and sensitivity. It taught me to look closely and approach subjects with care and respect, all of which continue to shape my art practice today.

One of my favorite parts of my job is deeply connecting with the individuals I work with. Through that connection, I aim to create images that feel honest and timeless, always centering my admiration for real people and their stories.

Over the years, I’ve led critique groups, taught photography workshops, and had the privilege of studying with some of the artists and academics that continue to inspire me, such as Catherine Opie and Gayle Rubin.
